At SHRI RAMA BHARTI PUBLIC SCHOOL, Bahadurgarh, we strive for excellence with sincerity of purpose, independence of thoughts and action among our children and developing sensitivity to other’s well being and feelings. In the voyage of the discovery of excellence since 1994 in the field of education, our endeavour of keeping the value Love, Peace, Truth, Non-violence and Right conduct alive in our thoughts, words and actions continues.
Here is the report that is comprised of the achievements made during the year gone by and at the same time set the path for greater accomplishment in the years to come. This report is the result of a rigorous school self evaluation process.
In the year 2019-20, the very first year of this school, the response was over-whelming with enrolment nearing almost 800 students as more and more parents have SRBPS as the first- choice for their wards.
Academic Result: We are proud to report that continuing the legacy in education we attained pass percentage of 100% from classes 1st to 7th.
EFFORTS TO MAKE ENVIRONMENTAL SENSITIVITY
The Green Earth Quiz was organized in the month of April as a part of an initiative to enhance awareness about the various environmental issues. The students participated in the quiz with great enthusiasm.
Also, for promoting the habits of reducing, refusing, reusing and recycling for conserving the environment and creating awareness on waste management, Project SEARCH (Sensitization, Education and Awareness on Recycling for Clear Habitat) was initiated during this academic year.
The ‘Eco Club’ organized ‘Go green’ and ‘Save water’ drives for public sensitization. As a part of this activity class VII performed a street play ‘Jal hai to Kal Hai’. All student planted trees and geo tagged them to trace their growth.
Apart from these, we also organized various poster making, painting, debate competitions to create awareness among students.
SPORTS
“The moment of victory is much too short to live for that and nothing else.” said Martina Navratilova, tennis player.
Apart from commemorating victories, sports field also aims at imparting lessons of sportsman spirit and camaraderie to children.
Physical Education aims to work with a hand in glove approach towards training the mind along with physical attributes of strength, stamina and agility.
An annual athletic meet was organized that observed a spectacular display of sportsmanship upholding the ethos of sports. A bevy of events like races, relays, shot put etc showcased an admirable sense of responsibility. The Athletic Meet culminated amidst co-ordinated teamwork and achievements.
The Annual Athletic Best House, Trophy was bagged by Unnati House. The National Sports Day was celebrated with great fervor marked with a cycle race for students of different classes.
It gives us immense pleasure to mention that our students have also excelled in various inter-school sports events as well.

The most valuable resource that any school can have is its staff. They foster positive, trusting relationships with students and improve school climate by encouraging parent and family involvement in education. This school collectively has an enthusiastic and dedicated team of 43 teachers. In addition, we have over 11 non- teaching and support staff. Their coordination with each other is what enables the school to function smoothly and grow with new perspectives.
PARENTS’ AND TEACHERS’ ASSOCIATION
To facilitate parental participation in school a general body meeting was held on regular basis. As PTA meetings were also arranged periodically, parents get the continuous and comprehensive evaluation report from time to time. An orientation event was also held at the beginning of the academic year. The methodology of imparting knowledge and its processes are displayed to the parents. A query resolving session by child psychologists also illuminates the path of positive parenting.

INNOVATIVE TEACHING-LEARNING
Competitions and academic activities that go beyond the text book encourage and foster a healthy and competitive spirit and effective communication skills in the students. These competitions and activities offer opportunities to learn the values of teamwork, individual and group responsibility and a sense of culture and community. Realizing this, opportunities were provided to students to take part in a number of activities and competitions both class level and inter-house level. Some of these events are handwriting speech, debate, slogan writing competitions. Competitions were also held for Poetry recitation, GK quiz, Radio show, Bulletin board week, Science exhibition, extempore competition. Decision making and life skills are the need of the hour, so, activity like ‘vote and choose your leader’ was also conducted. Every exposure and interaction was an opportunity to learn. Realizing this we provide ample opportunities to our students for competitive learning through Olympiads.
Special assemblies were conducted on special occasions to make students aware about the importance and origin of each and every particular day like Earth Day, Shakespeare’s Day, Janmashtmi, Independence Day, Teacher’s Day, Diwali, Christmas and Republic Day.

VALUE BASED EDUCATION
It creates a strong learning environment that enhances academic achievement and develop student’s social skills that last throughout their lives. In this school value based education is implied as it is truly transformational providing a structure for a positive ethos that impacts on the whole school community.
TRAINING, ORIENTATION AND COUNSELLING SEMINARS
Training sessions are needed to help teachers learn or create new teaching strategies which will bring back the interest of their students in the classroom and encourage learning. This academic year, there were separate seminars, training and orientation programs which were conducted for both teachers and students with the dual objective to improve and effectively implement innovative ideas in teaching- learning practices as well as to take the students beyond their current abilities of learning.A special workshop was conducted for students on traffic rules. For teachers’, workshops like Innovative Teaching Methodology, Stress management and many more were organized.
CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Typically, co-curricular activities wer carried out outside the normal classrooms as they supplement academic curriculum and help in learning by doing. These activities helped students to develop problem- solving, reasoning, critical thinking, creative thinking, communication and collaborative abilities. They are an essential part of educational institution as they strengthen the classroom learning as well as develop the personalities of a child and harness the in-depth potential of students. These activities were conducted throughout the year.
Some of these events were Fancy Dress Competition, Card Making, Cooking without Fire, Best out of Waste, poster making and singing and dancing competition. Food festivals were also conducted in the winter carnival.

We measure the academic performance of our students and our school primarily based on same- students learning gains: the improvement in reading and Math’s achievement measure for the same students from the beginning to the end of each academic year. Students have dramatically improved their annual learning gains.
We express our heartfelt gratitude to all our students, parents ,well wishers and patrons of our school whose constant support and guidance has helped maintain high standards of education and discipline in our school.
