Fair Notebook work for students

Dear Parents,

Please note that we are going to start Fair Notebook work for your wards from Monday (04.05.2020) onward. But before that, please read the following points carefully:

  1. The fair notebook work would only start for classes 1stto 8thas of now.
  2. When you click open the Homework link as has been shared with you, you’ll select your subject and that day’s date folder. In that folder you will find images named as following:
  3. a) NFB: This is the work you have to copy in the fair notebook to complete your work.
  4. b) HW: This is your homework image. And it also needs to be done in the fair notebook only.
  5. c) Ref: These are images for your personal reference only, and need not be copied anywhere.
  6. We’ll start writing notes/questions in the copy from the chapter we are currently studying in the online class. But the writing work may not always synchronize (go along) with online class room teaching as well.
  7. The entire writing work would be divided into no. of teaching days equally so as to minimize the no. of hours the child will be using phone.
  8. Please wait for the verbal Homework direction that would be given to you during your online class on Monday (04.05.2020).
  9. We are also sharing with you one primary contact no. for your group. You can contact this no. for any important and relevant query between 9 am and 3:30 pm.

School Open for Official work (SLC)

Dear Parents

Please note that Office of our school shall remain opened from 8:15 AM to 9:45 AM for the next 6 days (18.05.2020 to 23.05.2020) for the following purposes:

  • Verifying Fee Reimbursement Forms.
  • Issuing SLC (School Leaving Certificate).
  • Other unavoidable and important official works.

Summer vacation

Dear Parents

Please note that the summer vacation for classes Nursery to 8th has commenced from today (28.05.2020).
The school shall reopen (online classes) on 01.07.2020.

Holiday Homework distribution and Guidelines

Dear Parents

Please note that Holiday HW Booklet shall be available tomorrow (04.06.2020) only for the parents of classes 6th to 8th.
Your Holiday Homework would be given from the school.
Guidelines to be followed while coming to school:

  • Don’t forget to carry your Maths Textbooks of current session (2020-21) with you. Parents of Nursery class students must carry their English textbook ‘My First Alphabet Reader’ with them.
  • Holiday HW for brother(s)/sister(s) can also be taken only if you carry their Maths Textbook with you.
  • Students are strictly prohibited from entering the school. So please do not bring them to school with you.
  • Fee Counter shall remain closed. However, cheques can be given at the school reception. Cheque should have Student’s name, Father’s name, Class and Contact No. written at the back of it.
  • Don’t forget to note your ward’s last year (2019-20) complete Roll No. with you.
  • Mask is mandatory. Carry Sanitizer and a pair of gloves as well, if possible.
  • Avoid using four-wheelers for coming to school, if possible.
  • A schedule will be sent to you as per the student’s previous class roll no. This is for your safety.

Dear Parents

Please activate notifications for all the teams your ward is a member of.

How to activate notification:

  1. Open Microsoft Teams App.
  2. Click on Teams Icon at the bottom.
  3. Click on any one class your child is a member of.
  4. Click on General Tab.
  5. Click on the bell 🔕 icon at top-left.
  6. Tick on All new messages in this channel
  7. Now the notification would be active for this class. 🔔

Repeat the process for the other class if your ward is a member of more than one class.

Submit Teams Assignment

It is mandatory for all the students to complete the assignments that are given in the Teams app daily between 01:30 pm to 02:30 PM. You can complete the assignment before 6 PM every day.

Dear Parents

Please acknowledge the entire Fair Notebook Work for MT-1 syllabus.

To make it easy for the students, the teachers have compiled a PDF of the entire work of MT-1 syllabus.

In case you have not prepared your Fair Notebook till now, you can copy the work in Fair Notebook, read it from the PDFs only or take a print out of the PDFs to facilitate learning of your ward for MT-1 Test.
